Mustard Seed Masala began in one kitchen — hundreds of South Indian staples, weeknight curries and sweets, written down over the years so a family’s recipes would always have a home.

Today it’s growing into something bigger: a warm, photo-forward home where many home chefs can keep their recipes alive, each under their own kitchen, for everyone to cook from.
