Tried and Tasted: Oats Roti
Method
I have made a version of oats roti before, and I really liked it, both the for the taste and for the health benefits. When I saw this recipe on DK's chef in you, for another kind of Oats Roti, I decided to give it a try.
Combine all the ingredients together and add warm water as needed to make a soft and pliable dough. Cover and rest for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into small golf sized balls. Roll each dough ball into a thin disc about 1/8th inch thick. Place on a griddle preheated to medium high. Cook on one side. Flip over and cook the other side. Serve with side dish of choice.
Verdict: Soft, whole grain goodness. This roti was really great and healthy too. :)
